I just want to point out that what I am seeing now in LO 7.4.5 and in 7.6.alpha+, I was not seeing in LO 7.4.4. To be clear, it is possible that I was using some different setting in Windows (e.g. Accessibility > font size), or even that I used a different LO UI with 7.4.4.
