7.5.0.3 sometimes opens a document in tens of seconds. Subsequent openings
occur without delay.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open an odt or ods file.
Actual Results:
The file opens after 30-40 seconds.
Expected Results:
The file should open instantly.
Reproducible: Sometimes
