1. Insert a form control (e.g., in Calc: Insert->Form Control->Push Button).
You might need to make sure to use Design Mode (in Tools->Forms).
2. Select the inserted control, right-click it, and choose "Control Properties"
or "Form Properties".
3. In the properties dialog, press F1.
