1. Insert - Table of Contents and Index - Table of Contents, Index, or
Bibliography
2. Select "Type" tab, then select "Alphabetical Index" for "Type".
3. Select "Entries" tab
4. In the Format section, use "Select character style for main entries" to
select any character style other than <None>.
Actual: Dropdown window with character style remains the width of "<None>",
hiding much of the character style name in most cases.
Expected: The window expands to an appropriate size to show the selected
character style.
