Description:
When creating a Text Box in a form, the multi-line with formatting greys out
default text, Font, vertical alignment, and horizontal alignment.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Design Mode and create a Text Box.
2. Open the Properties Text Box
3. Select Multi-line with formatting.

Actual Results:
The Default text, Font, vertical alignment, and horizontal alignment fields are
all greyed out.

Expected Results:
It should be possible to format the text within the Text Box.

Additional Info:
The only alternative is to not use a Text Box.
