            Bug ID: 153675
Summary: size of the reference citation, e.g. "full" size as
                    text "hello [23]".
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.5.0.3 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I cannot select/change the size of numbers (letters?) in the anchor of a
reference = endnote, e.g. full size "this is my reference [1]". I tried many
steps and envoked tabs related to such a function suggested on the web. I was
able to change the anchor size of numbers in the reference section, although I
don't know how it happened.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.tab: Insert
2.select: Footnote and Endnote
3.select: Footnote or Endnote
4.leave on: Automatic
5.select: Endnote
6.Enter

Actual Results:
1. Jump into my reference section = Endnote
2. The number within the Endnotes size is created w/o my choice
3. cick on anchor and return to text
4. the resulting in-text reference anchor is of small size I cannot change

Expected Results:
1. At point 4. in Actual results I should be able to determine the size of the
displayed anchor number
- OR -
2. I should be able to select at some other option what size and stype the
Endnotes should be.
3. It seems (?) the same hppens with Footnotes.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I have observed this property for many years as different users and checked on
the web repeatedly for a solution. The suggested solutions seem not to address
this particular limitation.
