Description:
Toolbar with font adjustments disappears when creating a cell comment. Cannot
modify font size or type in 7.5.0.3.

highlight cell, insert comment command
Expected Results:
toolbar disappears
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
leave the toolbar in place. Previous versions did not have this problem.
