Libre office (7.3??) would often fail to open by clicking on the desktop file icon and I had to open the file fron inside Libre Office. Then, after a computer crash, I could not open any libre office files at all. I got the circulating timer for a couple of seconds and then nothing. Installing version 7.5 made no difference, but uninstalling version 7.5 with the uninstall facility on the control panel and then installing version 7.4.5 fixed the problem.
