Description:
When placing an image, rotating it through right click > rotate or flip > flip
.. degrees and then adding a caption, the caption gets put above and below the
image
Steps to Reproduce:
1.place image
2.rotate in libreoffice
3.add caption of any lenght
Actual Results:
1.place image
2.rotate in libreoffice
3.add caption of any lenght
Expected Results:
the caption is put either above or below depending on option selected
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
