I can not reproduce this behavior using Mac OSX 10.8.3 with LibreOffice 4.0.2.2. Did you still have the same issue? Do you have installed extensions (Tools > Extension Manager). Does an user profile reset help (guide: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resetting_the_user_profile)?
