However, My Video Card is an ASUS Noctua OC Edition GeFroce RTX-3070 8GB GDDR6 (Sorry, not DDR4 as I stated initially). It is PCI Express 4.0 and is supports DirectX 12 Ultimate and OpenGL 4.6. The Graphics Driver is the latest and is dated 1/18/23. I could not find any skia.log file in my user profile or any of the hidden folders under it. When I searched the entire HDD for 'skia' I got nothing however, when I searched for 'Vulkan' I found the drivers in the windows system folder. I also found an executive file called vulkaninfo.exe. I can share the output of that file if you would like. Lastly, just poking around wondering what Vulkan was I found this on Skia website "At this time we find that many Vulkan drivers have bugs that Skia triggers for which we have no workaround.
