Slides panel of Impress
When the cursor is in a specific position when hovering over the slides
sidebar, the tooltip flickers.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. If necessary, open the slides sidebar: View > Slide Pane
3. Add some slides
4. Hover over the bottom of a slide
Actual Result:
The tooltip starts flickering.
Expected Result:
The tooltip is either always visible or not visible at all, depending on the
position of the mouse cursor.
