B_ Set on / checked > font color gets back to be seen as black, as described by OP. This is not the first time, and it won't be the last one either. This setting is not understood and not well-known, so users think the resulting behavior is a bug. Unless something is done somewhere, this kind of reports will keep happening, and worse, users will keep thinking that LO Calc doesn't work in one of the most basic features.
