Steps:
1. Open Base
2. Follow default database creation steps
3. Once main Base window appears, press F1 and go to online help
Result: 404 page with HID DBACCESS_HID_APP_SWAP_ICONCONTROL

Using Help > LibreOffice Help does work and leads to the help index for the
whole of LO.
In other components (Writer, Calc, Draw), pressing F1 for the main window leads
to the component's help index, as expected.
