Open "Insert Index Entry"dialog (Insert > Table of Contents and Index > Index
Entry)
Notice the option (in bottom third of dialog):
"Apply to all similar texts"
The word "similar" seems wrong/misleading for this option, because it implies a
"similarity" search.
The actual behavior is to match string that is identical to the entry.
Propose to rename label to:
"Apply to all other occurrences"
