Ok, but - this particular bug is specifically about editing text. Naturally, better, more accurate import allows in turn for easier/better editing, but still. I've commented on the other bug. Actually, this last sentence makes me think that maybe PDF-Import-Draw and PDF-Import-Writer should be blocking this bug rather than the other way around.
