To avoid misunderstanding as in "Bug 63211 - MAILMERGE: looses embedded image
when e-mailing as html" it might be useful to have a hint in the dialog if one
of the "Send merged document as e-mail" dialog.
Hint can work as the one what appears in Menu 'Tools -> Options -> Load/Save ->
General - Default File Format' when you switch from 'ODF 1.2 Extended' to an
other format type.
Text Suggestion: "This format might cause information to be lost for
recipient."
