Steps to reproduce:
1) Open LibreOffice StartCenter.
2) Minimize the window
3) Modify the panel size, so that it is smaller.
Notice that the application modules icons are being cut, their place on the
panel is not being dynamically modified. Also, a horizontal/vertical scroll
option should be present, so that the user can choose a module without making
the panel bigger.
