My original intention was just to draft an e-mail. I had no problems getting started due to my familiarity with similar products, such as MS Word. Scores high on learnability. However, I did not find the TotD useful or relevant to my user journey today. I read it and clicked it down. I got a tip unrelated to my user goal. How might we create a better, more user-centred experience?... It's great to have different themes and customized UI. Do we have any data on what users prefer when choosing a custom UI and whether we should push this choice at launch?
