Description:
I create a form with the helper. When I click on the "Finish" button the form
is displayed and I can see that all the fields of the main form are stacked.
I need to move each field manually to the correct place.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a form with the helper
2.Select a table and fields
3.Select the presentation with the labels upon each field.
4.Save the form, give it a name and ask to open it in modification mode.
Actual Results:
All the fields of the main form are stacked.
Expected Results:
The fields are setup as requested.
Reproducible: Always
