1. Print dialog does not show a preview.
2. Page Layout -> Orientation when set to automatic defaults to Portrait while
the document is landscape.
Main menu file -> preview does work and shows the proper preview.
This happens on both a landscape and a portrait oriented document.

expected a preview.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
It still does not generate a preview when I removed the user profile.
