I want to delete many user-defined formats in quick succession. Ideally, I'd
press Delete several times. But,
1. Pressing delete doesn't do anything
2. Clicking the red "x" icon deleted the format, then moves the cursor to the
top of the list, so I have to scroll back down to where the deleted format was.
