If I have a bulleted list, open the "Bullets and Numbering" dialog, and choose
the Position tab, the second and third fields are named "Numbering alignment"
and "Numbering followed by".
They should either be named "bullets" or "bulleting" when working on a bulleted
list, or alternatively some generic term which would work for both bulleted and
numbered lists.
