When dragging an object from its place and before it is placed in its final
position, we see its shape moving around with the mouse. However - we don't see
the projection of the moved shape on the ruler. We _should_ see it, because
that helps us place it more accurately: The (horizontal and vertical) rulers
should display either a shaded range, or the boundaries, of the object being
dragged.
