Adding a section with two or more columns and content spread automatically
across all columns. Insert a table inside. Activate the option "Repeat table
headline". The table displays with a headline in every column.
Now adding rows to the table by typing tab in the last cell or with the
functions "add row below" or "add row above" and at some point the option
"Repeat table headline" in the table options gets disabled and stays that way.
