Description:
Whe moving with the arrow keys, the screenreader announces the wrong
coordinates of the focussed field.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc
2. Press Down Arrow
3. Press Up Arrow
Actual Results:
If you stay focussed on A1 and press down aarrow the screenreader may announce
B2. If you press Up Arrow it will Announce C2 or something, but not A1
Expected Results:
When foucussed on A1 and I am pressing down arrow it should announce AA2 and
when I press up arrow again it should announce A1.
