Description:
I want to insert an image with caption. I want the image size to cover almost
the entire sheet.
After I give the image a caption, I cannot enlarge the image. When I drag it
bigger, it gets smaller. Very strange.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new Writer Document
2. Insert an Image
3. Insert a caption
4. Enlarge the frame
5. If you now enlarge the image it gets smaller

Actual Results:
When I drag it bigger, it gets smaller. I need a big picture in a big frame
Expected Results:
the image must become larger
