When switching to another sheet and back the scrollbar is in the correct position, however the scrolling issue was persisting even then. Note that this is not true for 100 % of attempts, since also sometimes it switched back to working state. Note that scrolling can also recover when continuing to scroll around on the hanging spreadsheet (without switching sheets, that is).
