--- Comment #12 from ady <[email protected]> --- (In reply to V Stuart Foote from comment #11) > So, pretty clearly a dupe of bug 140557, please resolve as such. Where Mike > K. bisected to https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/95900 > > You can follow his STR in c#11 there. Though expect any os/DE scaling will > affect the number of widgets exposed on the NB for the issue. I don't even need to measure the width of the start center to be 1090 to 1200 pixels wide (I tested Mike's STR anyway). By starting with maximized window size, in my case I can already see the problem because of the additional text scaling I use in Windows. I don't need to do anything special for me to reproduce it; I already do. Moreover, I can resize the window from max to whatever (again, doesn't need to be 1090 to 1200px. wide), and I see the half toolbar reappear. Or, use the chevron; same consequence. If that was all, I wouldn't care. But as I already described, I have to repeat this again, and again, and again, for every Calc window I open, even without closing LO. Bug 140557 lacks the details I provided here. Other than pointing to some commit from 2 years and 0 months ago, what else is there? I would have to repeat all the details again (and that is assuming it is indeed a dup). I'd rather keep the "See also" and follow closely whether there is at some point someone kind enough to review the commit and solve this bug (or 2). This behavior is getting more annoying by the minute, and there doesn't seem to be any news about it, after 2 years of reports (bug 140557 started 2021-02-20, 20 days after LO 7.1). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
