Could you please update to a currently supported version and test again? Only version 7.4 and 7.5 will see further bugfixes. Another thing to test is Help > Restart in Safe Mode, to see if the issue relates to your user profile. The blue line usually denotes a grammar issue, and has an explanation of what the issue is above the suggestion. Can you see anything there?
