Hi,
Since LibreOffice 7.5.1 (7.4.6 too), LibreOffice UI tabs / ribbon are blank,
broken.
I tried fresh installation on Windows 10 22H2, and Windows 11 22H2.
Disable hardware acceleration don't change anything.

My "old" 7.4.3 version is working well.

Steps to Reproduce:
Fresh install of LibreOffice 7.5.1 on Windows 10 or 11 22H2, and enable tabs /
ribbon UI.
Actual Results:
Tabs / ribbon are blank.
Expected Results:
Tabs / ribbon full of icons and options, like 7.4.3 version.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
