had disappeared again.

Toolbar settings not being being remembered when closing 7 5 1.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.View toolbars
2.Select toolbars
3.Lock toolbars
4. Close Libre Office
5,Open Libre Office

Toolbars not shown

Toolbars should be shown
