You are obviously looking at File > Wizards > Address Book Data Source. And here it depends on what type of connection you choose. In the end, the address book assignment can (also) be done via Tools > Address Book Source, and this dialog lacks on flexibility. But I'm not sure to what extend we can provide flexibility here.
