Having that "on" will prompt you to introduce the parameters you want. If I open a csv file that is actually saved with a specific separator (e.g. semicolon, or colon), in my experience saving it with a different name would respect the same separator. If you want to save it using a different separator (or you want to verify which settings are being used to save the file), use the checkbox I mentioned. If you are using a different procedure to save the file with a different name, please be more specific in your description of the steps to follow. Perhaps you need to generate a sample file with whichever delimiter you want and attach it to this report.
