Description:
When i create the Hyperlink with cyrillic domain it is disappears after
reopening Libre Office.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go "Insert - Hyperlink", choose "Internet", "URL" (Protocol: Web)
2. Write or paste "https://саррц.рф/person/status/"; (this is really working
url, domain on cyrillic)
3. Press OK (or Apply - OK), close Libre Office, open Libre Office or open the
file with this hyperlink and check this hyperlink.
Actual Results:
There is no link in the cell.
Expected Results:
This link exists and is clickable.
