I realised that MS Excel does offer that option: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dynamically-display-the-contents-of-a-cell-or-range-in-a-graphic-object-e2e7a629-5662-42d6-9295-06d112c2099f And we should support that kind of content for interoperability. Currently, importing it into Calc results in static text. I'm surprised I couldn't find a duplicate.
