Seeing the increased activity on this bug, I have made an effort to duplicate my own bug, using the same LibO-7.3 container program, but have not yet gotten this bug to show itself. Since the OS upgrade to bullseye did fix the zoom audio issue, and audacity audio issue, it may be that it also fixes this bug. Tentatively solved. Appears bug was in stretch.
