You have controls with different height in the same row. So the vertical position of the numeric control isn't the same as of all other controls in the same row. By the way: No problem to mark the whole row and set the height for all controls. But: This is a bugtracker, might be you better ask for help at https://ask.libreoffice.org/c/german/6. You could also write a private mail for help.
