When I Try To Open LO, The Black Bar Goes About 1/3 The Way And Then LO Close
Out. I Tried A Fresh Install And I Have The Same Issue. I've Tried Opening LO
>From A Created File With The Same Result.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click On LO Icon

Actual Results:
Starts To Load. About 1/3 Of The Way It Stops And Closes
Expected Results:
Open The Selected File
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

I Was Running A Previous Version And Experiencing The Same Issue.
