If alignment is a property of the whole list, then we should: 1) Have different alignments defined for each direction in the same list 2) Or Unify the default alignments for both directions in the same list 3) Or have alignments defined per list-paragraphs instead of the whole list You can also note in the already-attached video that there were two separated lists. However changing the direction in one list changed the alignment for both lists.
