On Windows 8 ... installation stops with a message that some files cannot be
updated as they are open (? not sure of the exact message). Avira (ant-virus)
is said to be holding(?) the files.
I stopped real-time protection with Avira and retried ... no better.
Selecting "ignore" allowed installation to continue - and seems to be OK - but
how do I know?
