            Bug ID: 154490
Summary: Libreoffice spreadsheets keeps unfreezing rows and
columns yet the menu says they are still frozen.
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 3.3.0 release
          Hardware: x86 (IA32)
                OS: macOS (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: ghostcalle...@outlook.com

Description:
I work a lot with spreadsheets where I need to freeze the top row and a number
of columns at the start of the sheet. Freezing them works perfectly, I position
my cursor in the first cell outside the frozen area and select "Freeze Rows and
Columns" from the "View" menu. This places a tick against the menu item and
freezes the rows and columns in place. I then save the spreadsheet as an ".ods"
file (the default file extension).

Seemingly at random, when I open the spreadsheet again I find that no rows or
columns are frozen any more, however the "Freeze Rows and Columns" menu item is
ticked, seemingly indicating that they are. In order to freeze the again I
have to position the cursor in the appropriate cell (of the unfrozen
spreadsheet), click the menu item to remove the tick, then click it again to
trigger the action, freeze the rows and columns, and add the tick back, then
save the spreadsheet again. This has been occurring through at least the last
three generations of Libreoffice (including the current one). I have tried
creating the spreadsheet from scratch again, and even uninstalling Libreoffice
and reinstalling it, but the issue persists.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a spreadsheet with headings in Row 1 and Labels in column 1
2. Position the cursor in row 2 column 2
3. Select "Freeze rows and columns"
 from the "View" menu
4. Save the spreadsheet
5. Close Libreoffice
6. Open Libreoffice
7. Open the spreadsheet

Actual Results:
Either the first row and column remains frozen and the "freeze rows and
columns" menu entry is ticked
OR
No rows or columns are frozen but the "freeze rows and columns" menu entry is
ticked still

Expected Results:
The rows and columns frozen to be still frozen whenever the spreadsheet is
reloaded until the option is turned off.

Reproducible: Sometimes

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
I work between an Intel iMac and a Metal MacBook, both running the same version
number of Libreoffice at all times. The spreadsheets are stored on the iCloud
and are edited on both platforms depending on which machine I am using.

At no time is the spreadsheet open on both machines.
