            Bug ID: 154505
Summary: Moving an element up/down in a list, makes the cursor
                    jump to the heading above
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.5.1.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Moving an element up/down in a list, makes the cursor jump to the heading
above.

Whether the list is numberered or unnumberered doesn't matter. The bug only
triggers if there is a heading in the document and it is above the list. If the
heading is after the list, the bug doesn't occur, when moving items up/down
that list.

Outline of a document that makes the bug obvious:
------------------------------

1. This is a list
2. At the beginning of the document
3. Moving these items up or down, works fine -> the cursor won't jump

HEADING 1 (Here is where the cursor will jump to)

1. In this next list
2. when moving items up/down
3. it will make the cursor jump to the HEADING above
4. which is very annoying :P
