You don't need to copy it by hand. There is a button you can click to place the
info into the clipboard.

Double-clicking works fine for me. This feature can also be toggled by View -

Can you reproduce the problem if you go to Help - Restart in safe mode and then
Continue in safe mode? Do you also see this with the latest version, 7.5.2?
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
