Description:
upon opening writer for first time in non-fullscreen mode and tabbed UI,
options are missing as in pic1. They come back after clicking and exiting the
double arrow on the right which is provided for viewing more options.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open writer in non fullscreen mode and tabbed UI
2. look for options under home tab
3.
Actual Results:
options are missing under the home tab
Expected Results:
usual options to be present
