If a warning is intended, then it should be something like "Execution of script languages is disabled." The setting in question is in "Expert Configuration". The description in common.xcs is <desc>Specifies whether the macro execution is disabled in general. This will disable Basic, Beanshell, Javascript and Python scripts. If it is set to true, the "MacroSecurityLevel" is ignored.
