At present, AutoCaption seems to work only when objects are inserted (see bug
154682).
If that is the intention, then, afaict, there is no situation where the "Apply
border and shadow" option could/would actually apply.
If that analysis is correct, then:
1. Remove "Apply border and shadow"
2. Remove "Category and Frame Format" label
3. Move "Character Style" (between "Before caption" and "Position")
4. The extended tip for "Character Style" must be corrected (and probably add
a tooltip to indicate that it is applied to category and caption number
