Sometimes, you want to change the case of one or multiple characters of text
you're editing in a Calc Cell. However - that command appears nowhere (?) on
the menus, nor on the right-click context menu. I think the command(s) for
changing case should be more accessible by default.
Note: I realize one can customize and add them; this is a suggestion to improve
default accessibility.
