Updated version used to 7.5.2.2 - problem still exists.
I found a macro to set all opens to fullscreen - pity there wasn't one to set
all opens to maximised.
I just realised that whenever previously I mentioned fullscreen - I really
meant maximised.
I always want the menu bar to appear. Sorry for any confusion.
