Description:
When working with RTL sheets in calc, the horizontal scroll is initially
aligned to the left of scrollbar (instead of right)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a spreadsheet
2. Right click on spreadsheet name at the bottom of the page it to make it RTL
page
3. Look at incorrect position of horizontal scrollbar
Actual Results:
When we are at rightmost position of screen, the horizontal scroll is located
at leftmost position of scrollbar.
Expected Results:
It should be aligned to right.
Reproducible: Always
